Thursday, December 4, 2008. We bought two 3 oz packages of gourmet dried tart cherries and dried blueberries. Sunsprout, a company based out of Lancaster, PA, distributed the fruit; the following recipe comes from their packaging. I made mini muffins instead of regular-sized ones and adjusted the baking time accordingly.

They also stated " A favorite Food Network recipe of mine is Giadas Pasta Ponza. My old roommate used to make it for us. The roasted cherry tomatoes mixed with cheese, breadcrumbs, and large, al dente ziti create a perfect sweet and salty blend. I decided to take the tomatoes from this recipe and make them as a side dish, pasta-free.
