Friday, January 16, 2009. 5 to 6 cups of a variety of fresh fruits. Bananas, peeled and sliced. Kiwi, peeled and sliced. Pears, pealed and sliced. Peaches, peeled and sliced. 1 egg, well beaten. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the zest and juice from the lemon, lime, and orange. Add the beaten egg and sugar. Remove from heat and let cool.

Sunday, September 25, 2011. Roasted Pork Chops with Rosmary and Sage Potatoes. 2 extra large cloves of garlic or 4-6 small cloves. 3-4 small yellow or red potatoes.
