The site had the following in the homepage, "Sausage and Apple Stuffed Acorn Squash." I noticed that the web site stated " Acorn squash from the farmers market, pork sausage, bread crumbs, 2 apples, an egg, and herbs from our garden made a yummy fall meal! Bake the acorn squash brushed with butter about an hour at 400." They also stated " At about the half hour mark, brown the meat and make up your stuffing. Stuff the squash and return to the oven for 20 minutes to cook the egg through. I served this with a loaf of Italian bread, and it was plenty for our family. Yum! Monday, July 21, 2014. Mom, Grandma, Leah, and I took a road trip to Kentucky over a long weekend to do some family history. It was really neat and fun to find all the places where our ancestors lived. We got to do research in libraries and visited some cemeteries, one of which had creepy dogs chewing bones.
