The history of Parma, Ohio. A Muskingum University history class project. A ghost in Parma? My dad knows about all the blogging I have to do for this Ohio history class.
That being said, crime is a problem in Delaware. Drugs have become more and more numerous in Delaware. Much of this comes from neighboring counties. Marion especially has had a major increase in drug crime as well. There have been multiple major roundups of drug users and dealers, both in Delaware and in Marion.
