The site had the following in the homepage, "A blog on recent developments in the exploration of space." I noticed that the web site stated " New spacecraft to be guided by pulsars." They also stated " At the Max-Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial physics, researchers are developing a method of very accurate positiong anywhere in space using the X-ray signals from pulsars. Pulsars, as we learned in class, as dense, burnt-out stars that rotate very rapidly and sweep their emission across the universe at rates that are so precise that they rival atomic clocks."
