The older homes are usually found on nice big lots with 7-8 thousand square feet and go back to the 1970s and you will likely find reasonably priced homes on 10,000 foot lots. I have written in the past that sometimes buying a brand new house in an older neighborhood.
Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Beat the Heat at the Beach! That has been a running theme all summer long this year. The Oregon and Washington coast is relatively cool when the mercury is popping the top inland. Last week when I had my first triple digit heat in nearly three years, Pearson Field in Vancouver hit 103 degrees. Long Beach was a comfortable 86 degrees that day! Look at that July calendar of weather for Long Beach, WA. Monday, July 6, 2015. I wrote this last summer but lately it applies, right? .
More than twenty years of commentary and it just keeps coming. So it kind of made up for the liberties taken with the story.

There is a large contingent of folks that want to have their home free and clear during retirement. They also stated " Well, thats a loaded question? I dont know if there was ever a real rivalry in the historical sense. The Oregon Trail opened up a huge wave of settlers that quickly fueled growth south of the Columbia. Portland was well past the Couv in local prominence before the turn of the 20th century.
