Sunday, March 23, 2014. The Capitol has amazing things inside. I would want to come back in a couple years and see if any things different. The lady on top of the Capitol is named Wisconsin and she is made of 15 feet of pure gold. These are the fossils that are in the rock that they used to make the Capitol.
