It has been busy and I have been focusing on my children and new adventures with my family which meant something had to give. I figured it was about time I posted an update as well as a little about the changes that are coming.

Phil Runs For Fun! Friday, 27 September 2013. We gathered at the meetup in the Go Station parking lot. The gathering included myself Nicole, Alan, Shawna, Robin, and Peter.
