Ive started experiencing a new symptom, its not one Ive had before and the effect on me scares me quite a lot. Im not sure why because it isnt a severe as other things I have suffered but its really playing on my mind and I thought if I explained it and typed it out I might be able to make sense of it all. I want a hair cut for example, but can you imagine their reaction when my eyes go all glazed over and I freeze mid-holiday chat? I feel like a fraud. I am so self-involved. I am due to start DBT.
