The site had the following in the homepage, "A collection of musings and ramblings." I noticed that the web site stated " One year ago today, I posted on social media that I had finally reached my weight loss goal and added this image." They also stated " And said that now the hard task of keeping the weight off was only beginning. As you might surmise by the fact that I am blogging about it, I have managed to keep the weight off over this last year, actually losing some more weight and reaching what I think is the final goal weight.
