Monday, January 16, 2006. I have started playing with Word Press so I have been putting my entries here and at Cycle Quark on Wordpress. I am certainly the type of person who will let technology get in the way of the message. There are several features at Word Press that I have decided that I prefer. The site had the following in the homepage, "Still searching for a tagline thats not lame." I noticed that the web site stated " On April 26, 2012 by Mike Procario." They also stated " I had a massive jump of view on Flickr on April 25. I tend to average about 50 views a day and have had days over a hundred. A single photo that I took of the terminal at Dulles airport was responsible for 295 views. I like that shot, but I have had many better shots. Monday, September 12, 2016. I spent the day Saturday with old friends Chris and Monika in Iowa City. The U of I and Iowa State football rivalry was alive and well as it seemed everyone in the city had on their teams colors! Excitement was in the air! The following morning Chris rode with me north for 30 miles towards the days destination of Guttenburg IA. It was great to ride together again! Did I mention the cookies were homemade? I awo.
