Hey guys, I am back again after not being around here for a few months. I have been learning a lot about my fitness journey as time has passed by. I currently weigh in at 138. But, I have started going to the gym since about a month ago, and I have been weight training, and even have a personal trainer! So far my biggest setback is with food. I love food!
