After leaving Koh Samui we got back on the train, via Bangkok and up into Laos. Here we got our first sight of the Mekong in the capital city Vientiane. On the banks of the Mekong. Laos is a very beautiful country, the views of the jungle are spectacular along with brightly coloured temples and the people so very friendly. Looking down on Luang Prabang. Impressive stalactites in one of the caves. We flew into Bangkok last week and spent a few .

My fun antics during and after my time at university! Sunday, 14 October 2007. What a busy weekend, 16 hours at work, a trip to the cinema and a mornings surfing, oh and an evening in the pub watching the rugby! Rugby was awesome, England v France was properly good, not great in terms of play but it had all the drama, awesome! Surf today at Saunton with Neil was ace, clean good sized waves but unfortunatly it was a little busy, but hey, its better then Welsh surf.

Clissolds Adventures

Saturday, June 30, 2007. I have now moved my blog to wordpress. It can be now found at www. As myself and my girlfriend, Eleri, are both off on trips over the whole summer, we managed to find 10 days we could actually go on holiday together. We decided, as we both needed some fitness training, to go trekking in the Stubai alps in Austria. We packed out bags and left and were soon in the heart of Tirol.
