Running the world with my family, one bite at a time. Global Running Day and Another Race. June 1st was Global Running Day! We did an easy out and back run for 30 minutes and then sat down and had a beer and enjoyed each others company! What a treat. They had a locally brewed peanut butter stout from a brewery called Mustang Brewery that was epic and good. Yesterday I was able to run my 6th Half Marathon! May 22, 2016.
