September 22, 2008. At 505 pm by denglish. So how is everyone doing? New Zealand is just over a month away. Our friends told us that they have Bungee Jumping there. Not quite sure well go that extreme. But who knows, we are going Great White Shark Cage Diving in Australia. We have decided to stay out here until June 1st. Just over 8 months left out here. We even got to eat at a chinese place 2 of the nights. Kosrae, as contrasted to Pohnpei, is more traditional with very little night life. We did some diving and hiking here as well. But the major attraction was the pig hunt! Jon and Preston met Donna and myself in Kosrae for the occasion. The plan was for this to be the last big hurrah as both of those guys are leaving the island soon. Donna and I are now back at Kwajalein, planning a new adventure! April 28, 2008.
Wednesday, July 14, 2010. It seems that no matter how much time passes, not much changes. I am still here and Lin is still gone. I have been really feeling her loss as of late. Lin has been gone 632 days and it still seems like yesterday at times. Nobody tells you how hard life will be, coping and dealing with the sad, in your face reality of life on your own. I desperately need purpose in my life. I keep thinking that I need to define a new a career for myself, one that actually has purpose.
