On March 30, 2011 by bigchrisart. For 3 days in a row my weight loss stalled right at 298. So, I thought I would combine these 3 days together as there is only so much I can write about brown rice, bell pepers and almonds. LOL! As of this morning however I am back on track with my weight decline. I now weigh in at 297. My cloths are fitting looser all around.
