Tuesday, April 5, 2011. The key to thrifting is to take your time and look at every item on a rack. Dont just look at the first ten and move on. There are vintage clothes, expensive fabrics, and high-end designers to be found for a few dollars an item, but only to those who take time to read tags, look at and touch the garments. You like, try it.

Thursday, July 16, 2015. 5 lbs to 224 in 21 weeks. Mostly this has been done by changing my diet. However, I have begun to incorporate some physical activity. I have upped my protein intake and I eat lots of veggies. I have decreased my intake of fruits, sugars, salt, and starches. Thursday, June 11, 2015. I just got my fitbit and I lo.
