I was very busy in 2013 , but really there is just no excuse for not posting . things have got to change! Most of 2013 was spent doll making, and barely any of it was spent enjoying my hobby. One of my new years resolutions for 2014 was that this was going to change. First though I wanted to show off some very special miniature toys.

Journal documenting the experiences of a woman going through a cycle of IVF drugs in order to donate her eggs to an infertile couple. So, tomorrow marks the one year anniversary of the start of my egg donating journey. I got my check in the mail this morning.

A 2017 closes in, I become somber and think about my wins, my defeats and lessons learned. Some lessons were sweet and delightful and much appreciated. Some were harsh and painful and very needed. Life on this planet is about learning and healing and growing and the worst thing in the world to me, at this point in time, is to remain stagnant. A form of neighbourhood watch.
