All of it was done at trot. I really liked this exercise.

My journey back to the barre, with my now 9 year old son along for his own wild ride! Quick update, long ramble. This morning I went through my full range of motion and weight bearing exercise test stuff. How much weight before it hurts. How far flexed before it hurts.

This past week was the first regular week of classes at BRT in Albuquerque. For me, it was an interesting pair of classes. Because of my now-mostly day job, my class choices were a Ballet I class on Wednesday night and Ballet II on Thursday. The Ballet I class was pretty interesting. The same anxieties always hit with that first class.

Tuesday, April 28, 2015. I have felt a changing undercurrent of sorts in my life for nearly a year. It started with an internet friend losing her daughter. I took 6 months off from learning anything new for the last part of 2014. We are still dealing with the transition of me going back to work, Chris also working, as well as continuing to make progress on our b.

Last class of 2013 was in Dec 13, and we got back in Jan 13.
