늘 빡센 주말을 마치고 나서 마무리는 테라로사입니다. 저의 매장인 커피미업 센서리랩을 놔두고 왜 딴 가게에 가냐고도 하겠지만. 7천원으로 좀 비싸긴 하지만 뭐 페루 CoE낙찰가가 꽤 높았던것을 감안하면 오케이! 맛은 바닐라와 마카다미아의 애프터가 지배하는군요. 페루라는 테루아를 감안하면 꽤 독특합니다. 하지만 약간의 페이퍼리한 향이 좀 거슬리는데. 이제 CoE가 거듭되면 페루의 CoE도 상당한 수준에 오를것같습니다.
