Well, the semester has started back up and I can without a doubt say that while my course load and students are amazing and wonderful my schedule is just about this side of horrendous I have colleagues with a heavier course load who are on campus less hours than I am.

I noticed that the web site stated " Official weigh in to goal 163." They also stated "2 I wont freak out about the extra 3 pounds, If I am still that high on Monday, I might panic. As usual with me, I am expecting the first few days all the quick water weight will drop when I start being good again.
