Antietam Creek Vineyards September 3, 2017. Antietam Creek Vineyard, Sharpsburg, MD. We finally made the journey to visit Antietam Creek Vineyards,we have been trying for some time but every time we get ready to go something happens. It is a beautiful property on the edge of Antietam Battlefield. We met Joan the owner, with her husband, and we enjoyed a wine tasting with her. Boozer the Wine Dog was happy to be included in the events. 2015 Chardonnay Dry, crisp with a lite oaky flavor.
