Posted by momsideup in Uncategorized. Five years ago today I was being wheeled into surgery for what I thought was going to be a simple operation. Remove the blockage and I would get to recover over the summer and life would return to normal. Well life had a different plan and that simple little blockage ended up being stage 3 colon cancer. Then 2013 -This year has been particularly tough on so many fronts, personal, professional and health wise.
