The site had the following in the homepage, "Dispatches from the opposite side of the drive through window." I noticed that the web site stated " Swearing at Customers, Part I." They also stated " 23 October 2012 by drivethroughguy. Today I swore at a customer. I do this all the time, but usually they cant tell because my microphone is off and they cant see or hear me. This time was unique because the customer was at the drive through window, the window was open, and I was deliberately swearing at him during a conversation.
