Sunday, August 5, 2012. Last night we had quite the adventure! It started out with homemade kosheri at our apartment. Kosheri is a carbohydrate packed combination of spaghetti, macaroni noodles, rice, vermicelli, and lentils. So we ate kosheri with some friends and then we hopped onto the metro. The show was a blast! He was probably the happiest finger cymbal man I have ever seen, and he LOVED his job! He was very fun to watch.
