This posting started off as a Facebook response in a discussion that was generated by an article in the the Guardian.
For the past five days, I have been on a juice cleanse. What the heck is a juice cleanse, you ask? In short, a juice cleanse consists of drinking fresh, organic vegetable and fruit juices in an effort to cleanse the body of impurities. I got the idea after watching the documentary.
