PIZZA WITH SCAMORZA CHEESE AND CELERY ROOT. Actually I was looking for Fontina cheese to make a pizza with fennel, but it was imposible to find it in the supermarkets in my city, but looking for it I found scamorza cheese and I looked for a recipe that it looked equally delicious. Celery root is an ugly brown hairball of a vegetable, but it has a lovely mild, celery-like flavor with a starchy, rather potato-like texture.

I am dropping by today to share a card idea using the new Papermilldirect Trifold card blanks. These cards are really great when you want to make a card that little bit more fun and interactive. To make this one I used a lot of Papermilldirect supplies which you can see a list of over on their blog. I kept the card quite simple because being trifold, the more you add the more bulk adds up. For the cover I created a panel of the Lilac Smooth card. And I used a sliver of the Lilac Smooth card.
