Parker and Cassidy spent a week so along with Cole Rilee and Oakley we learned how to cook in the mornings and in the afternoons it was time to play in the water. We managed to do both very well. We even fit in a birthday lunch for Cole and Parker at the local Mexican Restaurant. Life is busy and crazy and I enjoy every moment.

I had to give a presentation about Chilled Beams at work and thought this would be a great topic to share with my fellow peers. This is a great product for buildings that live in mild climates, not for people in the South. The feedback that I read stated, if the interior of the building gets warmer than the chilling beams then this causes condensation, in result causing dripping water from the ceilings.
