A closer insight into my healthy life x. Wahhhh I feel so slack! I used to blog daily but it seems life has been a little hectic as of late. Here are a few recipes I created over the last few days. Enjoy! Low Carb High Protein Pancakes. This recipe is great for any time of day an has an amazing 20g of protein per serve and only 6g of carbs! 1 tbs coconut flour. 1 Whisk all ingredients together and allow to sit and thicken for a few minutes.
