The site had the following in the homepage, "Peace Corps in the South Pacific." I noticed that the web site stated " Its hard to believe that our two years with the Peace Corps are coming to an end." They also stated " We only have one more week left in the village and only three weeks total left in the country. Three weeks from yesterday well be boarding a plane to leave Vanuatu and three weeks from tomorrow well be landing in North Carolina. Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Last Friday, I was an idiot, and now there is a plastic bag full of vomit sitting on my patio. Turns out, I was an idiot and I forgot my passport. But like old people say, when life gives you lemons, throw up. After basking in the typical post-vomit relief .
There is a teeny, tiny, miniscule chance that my BFF might move to the same state as me- and not that far from me either. We spent the New Year eating a lot of different Japanese food. This simple salad is one of my favorites- I could eat it by the bucketful! The dressing is amazing and done in a Japanese-Hawaiian style. Napa cabbage, cut very thin.

Sunday, May 29, 2011. I had the kids make large hands with different objects glued to the fingertips - something rough, smooth, soft, sticky, and bumpy. Of course we celebrated with friends by having a train party.
