I came 5th overall in the juniors, I AM SO THRILLED! This is the best result South Africa has ever had in junior womans, and my race worked like clockwork. The skyscrapers where incredible and the course was interesting due to areas of currents and the occasional tourist boat coming through the middle of the race! My training all paid off as i coped well with the chop from the waves and the heat. It was an experience I will never forget! Well I made it! Well it has.
