I chose to include my speech paper about noise induced hearing loss in my reflection. I choose this work because I believe that It give another dimension to what I am as a writer that the inquiry we did in class did not get to show. How do you distinguish between revising and editing? .

The other piece of work that I could use is my argument essay from ENG 111. I could compare and contrast it with my arguments that I formed this semester.

After going through the learning outcomes as described in the syllabus the ones that really caught my eye were the goals focused around the use of critical and close and evidence to create an effective paper and the understanding of the complexity of texts and how that creates multiple meanings and multiple effects depending on the audience, context and methodological approach or perspective. The english department does not .
