My first impression of the issue was that it seemed rather blown out of proportion. After all, it is largely a matter of semantics. Forgive me if what comes after this is misrepresented; this is what I have learnt from newspaper reports. It smacked of the condescending cockiness of a majority that is clearly used to getting its way.

Change can be a real challenge because people are not often big fans of it. 1 There needs to be a case for change. 2 You need to understand the risks and issues associated with the change. So, two celiacs means we have to be meat fre.
