This course was able to provide with some excellent ways to incorporate Multi Media into class activities. I especially liked the Web Quest and will be implementing that into my curriculum this year! My only concern is to ensure authentic learning. I know I was able to accomplish that goal but it may not be true for others. Overall, EXCELLENT course and there is a lot to take from it.
Overall, I enjoyed taking the course EDU-511. The key learning topics were introduced at a level that I could comprehend. The assignments allowed me to apply what I have learned and to use technology that I have never experienced before. I would recommend this course for any teacher who is looking to discover new ways to incorporate technology in their classroom.
Final Reflection for EDU-511 Winter 2015. A webquest is a useful education tool when delivering content through an internet based lesson. It guides a student through any variety of activities using clear directions and provides students with objectives and assessment measures. Webquests can be designed using different mediums. The following is an example that uses PowerPoint software.
