No basta con decir que los ultimos dos gobernadores electos, fueron destituidos por severas irregularidades, dejando a la luz que nuestro pueblo valluno tiene una cierta afinidad con el delito; no, tal vez mejor decir que las personas que estamos eligiendo somos delicuentes. Pero cuantos elegimos? No olvidemos los partidos que avalan a los candidatos, quizás encontremos algunas sorpresas.
