Stories and anecdotes from a dad of 3 boys. Last night my family went from 5 to 4 generations with the passing of our matriarch. My grandmother died peacefully in her sleep at the ripe age of 105. Nennie, as we all called her, was in a league of her own. What a woman! A fighter right up to the very end. Her stories at bedtime were legendary although I wish she had shared more of her own personal journey with us, those she kept locked away inside forever.
