I decided to do some experimenting with my big batch freezer cooking. I made my workday lunch favorite, Crockpot Stuffed Pepper Soup, modified our family favorite lasagne by adding shredded zucchini, and tried a great Chili Con Carne recipe from Foodnetwork. I love my Crockpots! Chili Con Carne from FoodNetwork. We love this hearty soup! Crockpot Stuffed Pepper Soup.
