The site had the following in the homepage, "My journey from the couch to the finish line." I noticed that the web site stated " August 11, 2008 in Uncategorized." They also stated " So much for the Alien run for the last two weeks Im battling with a nerve problem I think! I know its not a muscle and according to all my google resources, it sounds like a scatia nerve issue. I havent run for two weeks now, and its feeling much better.
