In week 8, the team worked on integrating voltage and current sensing circuits into DC system and tested with Maximum Power Point Tracking algorithm. The team has completed a working prototype of sensing circuits on breadboard and successfully tested solar panel charging with three lanterns. In the coming week, the plan is to finalize details of sensing circuits and test its robustness and start to populate components on PCB boards. Next steps for the team are to assem.
