I have had a minor hankering to learn how to do bobbin lace for many years. I was reading a book about using textile techniques in jewellery, and it had a section on making bobbin lace using silver wire to produce a flower for a ring. Tuesday, May 22, 2012. I recently returned from Quilt Market in Kansas City! It was a whirlwind, exhausting, and lots of fun. There were, of course, tons of new fabric lines and patterns to see. Many of them will be making their way to the shop soon and in the upcoming months.
