After the annual family reunion, John and I took an extra day to explore the Finger Lakes region of New York State. We started Sunday morning at Watkins Glen. Where a 3-mile round trip hike follows cascading waters through a narrow gorge. The paved trail even goes behind two waterfalls! Driving north along Seneca Lake, we gazed at sloping hills covered with vineyards. We stopped at Rock Stream. Up the street at Wicked Water.

I noticed that the web site stated " Aaron Klein 1844-1923 and his wife Rosa Scheyer 1858-1941 were both born in Berlin, Germany." They also stated " Aaron probably came to the US in 1862 at age 18 on the Prince Albert, which departed from Hamburg and arrived in New York, 1. Although conflicting census records list various arrival dates for him, from 1874 to 1878. Granddaughter Lois Stein writes in a 1987 journal entry that Aaron Klein. In 1882, Rosa married Aaron Klein."

The Return of Doctor Lazarus! September 23, 2015. Also, the Return of Johnny Onassis! And the introduction of Hannah, Lady Winterbottom. Had a lot of fun playing around with grayscale on this one. Decided to go with a nice, short strip so I could play around and try different techniques on different panels. I really dig the German Expressionist Woodcut. Look on that last one. Who will totally do anything for another Stoli.
