Monday, May 2, 2011. Spring is still in the air! This is one of my favorite times of the year right there next to the college football season. The trees have their leaves on, the grass is green and the weather is just perfect. My garden is already planted and things are actually growing. I planted peppers, garlic, onions, potatoes, fennel, shallots, tomatoes, eggplant, lettuce and radishes. Spring Break travel is in the books and Alaska. One of these days .
