Stores and markets on the South Cumberland Plateau. It is a store selling natural foods, local products, gardening supplies, plants, yarn, and antiques and art on consignment. Long-time Sewanee resident Joan Thomas bought the building in 2010 and began renovating it in 2011.

Places to be, sights to see. Shakerag Hollow is a hike located in Sewanee, Tenn. The area was historically used for selling moonshine. A white rag would be left hanging if moonshine were available to buy, giving the area its name. If you are interested in a longer hike, halfway into the Hollow the trail forks with a piece connect.
