The site had the following in the homepage, "Diary of an American Swiss Miss." I noticed that the web site stated " We arrived in Kandersteg and wandered through the adorable town to pick up lunch provisions and drop our stuff at the hotel before heading off on our hike." They also stated " You can take a gondola up the mountain but we had read it was only about an hour hike and clearly figured, why not? Off we went.
