Tuesday, August 14, 2012. Being in control is how I feel right now. I am working out consistently and just last week I started tracking my food. Not anymore, I maybe doing it the old fashion way using pen and paper but it works! I know that it will help me. Today I even took a picture of my food and sent it it my trainer! I need to get some runs in for my big 10K on Sept 1st, I am so excited for this race! .
