Just quickly checking in with a quick update on how my Christmas Eve. I started my day with an early workout. Then I did the usual stretching and replenished with a protein shake and some chocolate milk. For the rest of the day I helped my parents out tidying up and wrapping gifts for extended family.

With a pinch of food and fitness. I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend so far! I have a quick update for all of you right now, but will be back with an actual post later on today. I am really excited to be a self-hosted blog from now on and cannot wait to continue sharing my journey with all of you.

WOW I didnt mean to go an entire week without blogging! I would be lying if I said I was too busy. Its torture seeing my weight and confidence go up and down. Most days I dont want to leave my bedroom. Somehow I have to figure out how to face the world, work, and the gym.
