Well as another year comes to an end, I would like to wish everyone I have studied and worked with in 2014 and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

So, as the semester comes to an end and I finally submitted my last assignment what will I take away from this whole semester experience. On the road to becoming a teacher. First week of professional placement done and dusted! The first week of my 3 week professional placement has been completed, only 2 more weeks to go. I hope other prac students are also having a valuable and enjoyable time whilst on placement.

I can honestly say that I never thought I would have made it to the end of this course. Not only had I moved my husband, two young children and myself to a new country, I was returning to studying after 24 years. Well it has been emotional and very often in those first six weeks of this course I did want to run away as far as I could.
