Taiwan is a great island for hiking and although I am not an incredibly sporty person, I have really enjoyed the mountain hiking trails that Taiwan has to offer. Partner this with sunshine, greenery and sea views and it makes for a really fantastic day out. Taiwan is still developing as an island but when you have days when the sun is shining, you start to think that this little island should really be much more popular than it is.
