This morning I decided to do some baking. I had a pumpkin bread mix in my pantry and decided to make muffins for breakfast. I used applesauce instead of oil and they turned out great. Recently I have decided to stop eating out so much and cook more for myself. I have lost some weight because of this and have decided to keep doing it. I enjoy cooking and plan on trying new recipes.
