Cooking and creating for every day life. It has been far too long since I wrote on this blog. However, I do have some great pictures to share of the veggies that have come from the Hyland household. Here is a picture of some of the tomatoes and green peppers I picked a few days ago! It has been a lot of fun cooking with my own produce and not having to run to the grocery store because I forgot a veggie I needed for a recipe.

Hoisin Pork and Slow Roasted Onions. Onions can be cooked ahead of time and reheated! 300 ml Hoisin Sauce. Combine marinade ingredients and put half of marinade and the tenderloins in a plastic bag. Place in the fridge overnight. Store the other half of the marinade in a container to use as a sauce.
